When you aspire to create and develop an international consultancy that works with major groups, it's not that simple to find the right words. It's a tricky balance between trying to appear established and reassuring future clients, while at the same time succeeding in shaping the tone and personality of the new consultancy.

 

It's a perfect example of "doing what others do but not the same."

 

The challenge was to hear, understand and conciliate the expectations of the 3 founding partners with their different backgrounds and sensibilities.

Basically, they were all perfectly aligned on the vision, the offer and the values, but when it came to putting it all down on paper and choosing the words and nuances to express it... To achieve this, we first conducted individual interviews with each of the founders so that they could freely express their expectations. Then we went step by step, deliberately going 'a little too far' each time (but not too far).

 

We drafted the original core messages, which could then be applied to the website and all the presentation materials. 

 

In the end, some ideas that might have seemed a little original or sometimes too direct in this fairly conventional sector were able to be implemented, such as the "Which Meltoner are you?" online test.
