We've come up with a visual identity that illustrates the adaptability and flexibility required by Conseil & Organisation to complete transformation projects successfully, highlighting the human dimension and the poetry of the unexpected.

 

Every transformation project is different. There is no one recipe for success. Each time, you have to adapt to the people involved. It's the human dimension that ensures that things never go entirely according to plan.

 

So often in the consultancy sector, firms play hardball. They parade their muscles, emphasising their size, their sector expertise and their certainty.

But their clients are no longer fooled. They want a partner who tells them the truth, who can adapt to their constraints, their resources and their real needs. They need a partner who can "tailor-make".  

 

But how can we illustrate this ability to adapt continuously while still managing to bring the project to a successful conclusion every time? 

 

We wanted to show that a project is never linear. We know where we're starting from. You know where you want to end up. But in between ... there's always that little bit of the unknown and sometimes even poetry. 

 

That's what we wanted to express in this logo, by emphasising the fragility and balance needed to find the path to success.

Conseil & Organisation is the result of a convergence between the world of human resources and the world of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). It is a consultancy and operational assistance company specialising in management and the management of collaborative and community-based ICT projects.
